Responsibilities

  • ● Prepare, review, and submit Canadian temporary and permanent residence applications including Study Permits, Work Permits, LMIA, PNP, Express Entry, Spousal Sponsorship, and TRV.
  • ● Oversee entire application processes and ensure all deadlines and requirements are met.
  • ● Contact clients, communicate about their application status, write emails, keep client records, and maintain client accounts.
  • ● Contact prospective clients, explain their eligibility, and answer immigration-related queries.

Requirements

  • ● At least 1-2 years of experience in the immigration field.
  • ● Ability to work independently without any supervision.
  • ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • ● Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking abilities.
  • ● Passionate about immigration law and eager to learn new skills.
  • ● At least a bachelor's degree in any field.
  • ● Proficiency in English and Hindi or Punjabi.
  • ● Work schedule: Monday to Saturday.
  • ● Comfortable engaging with clients and confident on calls.
