Responsibilities

  • ● You will take ownership of the general running of the restaurant
  • ● You will elevate the customer experience from excellent to remarkable
  • ● You will develop the team through coaching and training opportunities
  • ● You will manage inventory and the financial aspect of the restaurant
  • ● You will be in control of, and have accountability for overall quality, adherence to procedures and financial performance of the restaurant

Requirements

  • ● Experience leading a team within a busy, high volume hospitality environment
  • ● Experience delivering exceptional customer service
  • ● Exceptional communication skills
  • ● Prior experience with achieving KPIs and driving profitability
