Job Description Reporting to the Associate Director, this is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-growing company in Financial Services. You Will: Provide a full range of fund accounting services, including NAV preparation, booking accruals, assets valuation, performing cash and portfolio reconciliations. Prepare capital call, distribution calculation and allocation. Requirements
- ● Hold a university degree in Finance/ Accounting, qualified accountant or other relevant qualification will be an asset
- ● Have a minimum of 4 years progressive accounting/ audit/ fund administration experience in real estate or property accounting
- ● Strong accounting knowledge - especially in consolidation profit and lost, and balance sheet
- ● Strong computer skills with strength in Microsoft Office products and willing to embrace new technologies for efficient solution. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is particularly asset.
- ● Able to communicate well with internal and external clients.
