• ● Role Description
• ● This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telecaller at Pixel FX. The role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, but allows for some work-from-home flexibility. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential clients via phone, providing information about our forex portfolio management services, and addressing customer inquiries. Additional tasks include maintaining a database of client information and following up on leads.
• ● Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette
• ● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• ● Proficiency in CRM software and maintaining client databases
• ● Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• ● Knowledge of the forex market is a plus
• ● Bachelor's degree in Business
• ● Preferred having own visa and can work from home.
