PATROLLING OFFICER

Job description:<br><br>* Plan and manage deployment of Security Guards/Officers (SG/SO) to assigned sites, ensuring adequate staffing and timely replacements when required.<br>* Monitor attendance, performance, and discipline of security personnel in compliance with company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).<br>* Ensure accurate and timely attendance recording in accordance with Daily Attendance Hourly Reporting (DAHR) procedures.<br>* Supervise daily operations and promptly resolve personnel issues including scheduling, welfare, training, and operational matters.<br>* Ensure all log books, reports, and site records are properly maintained, updated, and submitted for verification within required timelines.<br>* Oversee incident management by ensuring prompt response, proper handling, and full compliance with reporting procedures.<br>* Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports, ensuring all documentation meets required standards and is submitted accordingly.<br>* Coordinate and communicate effectively with management, operations teams, and clients on all security-related matters.<br>* Maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and timely updates on operations and incidents.<br>* Prepare and submit operational reports, duty rosters, and weekly timesheets to management.<br>* Conduct regular site audits to ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and operational efficiency.<br>* Manage administrative tasks including equipment requests, documentation, and coordination with headquarters.<br>* Attend meetings with management and clients, providing updates and addressing operational requirements.<br>* Train, guide, and support security personnel to ensure effective performance and adherence to company standards.<br>* Perform any other duties as assigned by management.<br><br>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent<br><br>Work Location: In person<br><br>Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM2,900.00 per month<br><br>Benefits:<br>* Cell phone reimbursement<br>* Company car<br>* Free parking<br>* Health insurance<br>* Professional development<br><br>Work Location: In person
