About the Role

Bring Retail Spaces to Life Drummond Golf is seeking a passionate and creative National Visual Merchandiser to support our franchise network in delivering a consistent, engaging, and commercially effective in-store experience. Working closely with Franchisees, Product, Marketing, and Store Development teams, you'll be responsible for maintaining visual merchandising standards, creating impactful displays, supporting store refurbishments, and ensuring our stores reflect the Drummond Golf brand at its very best. About the Role In this newly created hands-on role, you will: Develop and maintain visual merchandising standards, manuals, and store planograms. Design and execute seasonal, promotional, and new product displays that drive customer engagement and sales. Support store fit-outs and the rollout of key network initiatives, including Project Revitalise. Conduct store visits and merchandising audits, providing coaching and recommendations to Franchisees. Manage supplier POS submissions, display requests, fixtures, props, and merchandising materials. Partner with Product and Marketing teams to maximise product exposure and promotional effectiveness. Analyse sales trends and customer insights to inform merchandising strategies and improve store performance.
