Senior Executive, Travel Claims

Consumer GI Operations is a team that supports the General Insurance (GI) operations at Income. We played a key role in GI Consumer Business by supporting our stakeholders in Underwriting, Policy Servicing and Claims processing. As an Executive/Senior Executive in Consumer GI Operations, General Insurance Claims, your key responsibilities include the following:- Assess and negotiate settlement of General Insurance claims within the approved delegated authority limit Ensure prompt, fair and reasonable claims settlement of claims Liaise with various external service providers such as surveyors, loss adjuster or assistance company where necessary To be vigilant and escalate suspicious case for further investigation To assist supervisor in preparing and analysing exception reports and daily productivity reports
