About the Role

In this role, you will lead complex, multi-stream programs for global clients across various industries, ensuring strategic alignment, delivery excellence, and high customer satisfaction within our team in Germany.

Responsibilities

This role is critical in building long-term client relationships and supporting SoftServe's growth in the German market. You will operate in an international environment and contribute to both delivery excellence and business development.
  • ● Lead end-to-end program delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives are met
  • ● Manage and align multiple projects within the program with business goals and client expectations
  • ● Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • ● Drive program governance, risk management, and mitigation strategies
  • ● Ensure clear and effective communication across all teams and stakeholder levels
  • ● Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple locations and time zones
  • ● Monitor program performance and provide regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders
  • ● Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency
  • ● Support pre-sales activities, including proposal development and client presentations
  • ● Mentor and guide project managers and delivery teams

Requirements

  • ● + years of experience in program or project management within IT or digital services
  • ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
  • ● Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex programs in a global environment
  • ● Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • ● Proficiency in managing risks, dependencies, and competing priorities effectively
  • ● Strong experience in client-facing roles with a focus on delivery excellence
  • ● Fluent German and strong English proficiency
  • ● PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus
