Responsibilities
- ● Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff.
- ● Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure they meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
- ● Train, and support the housekeeping team, fostering a positive team culture
- ● Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory, ensuring that all areas are adequately stocked.
- ● Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- ● Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- ● The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.
- ● Previous experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor role is essential
- ● Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
- ● Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- ● Ability to work independently and make decisions based on priorities and guest needs.
- ● Proficient in Microsoft Office and housekeeping management software.
- ● Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- ● Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- ● A current valid drivers license is essential
