Responsibilities

• ● Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects within scope, on time, and within budget
• ● Serve as the scrum master, facilitating agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring adherence to scrum principles

• ● Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address project risks
• ● Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution
• ● Monitor and report on project performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize project delivery
• ● Skill Requirements
• ● Expertise in scrum master practices, including facilitating scrum events, coaching the team, and removing obstacles
• ● In-depth knowledge of project management change management principles and methodologies
• ● Proficient in agile methodology, with the ability to effectively apply agile practices in project management
• ● Strong communication and leadership skills to guide project teams and collaborate with stakeholders
• ● Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills to address project challenges effectively
• ● Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing project requirements
• ● Detail oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
