Responsibilities

  • ● Handle customer enquiries via call/WhatsApp and correspondences
  • ● Schedule for Trial classes
  • ● Follow up/Sales conversion
  • ● Develop content for various online platforms such as websites, social media channels, and newsletters
  • ● Create ads in google/facebook etc
  • ● Develop and implement effective marketing strategies
  • ● Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
  • ● Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • ● Analyze campaign performance using social media analytics and prepare regular reports.
  • ● Business development and client acquisition to after-acquisition service
  • ● Monitor sales performance, results, ensure KPI is met
  • ● Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • ● Direct and drive forecasting activities and set performance goals
  • ● Identify new business avenues through existing and potential client base
  • ● Provide suggestions to develop growth strategies and business plans
