Managing Doctor - Established Community Clinic (KL/PJ)) We are seeking a Managing Doctor to lead a long-standing community clinic in Klang Valley, taking over from a retiring principal doctor and guiding the clinic into its next phase of growth. We are looking for a doctor who wants to build, lead, and shape a practice - not just fill sessions. About the Clinic Established practice with decades of presence in the community Existing patient base and corporate panels Supported by an experienced operations and management team Part of a wider healthcare network with expansion plans Role Scope Act as the clinical lead for the clinic Provide primary care consultations and continuity of care Guide nursing and administrative staff in daily operations Maintain and grow corporate panels and patient base Participate in service development and quality improvement We are looking for someone who: Wants long-term ownership mentality over the clinic Is comfortable leading a small healthcare team Understands both patient care and clinic sustainability Values continuity, trust, and community presence
