Proton e.MAS Estimator (Body & Paint)

Join Able Agility Sdn. Bhd., an authorized Proton e.MAS dealership, and be part of our Body & Paint team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Estimator to manage accident repair estimations and insurance coordination while delivering a smooth and professional experience for our customers. Job Responsibilities: Ensure the reception process complies with Proton e.MAS standard guidelines. Initiate and update customer and claim files accurately and in a timely manner. Appraise vehicle damage and prepare repair cost estimations. Conduct negotiations with insurance companies to facilitate claim approvals. Inspect completed vehicles before delivery to ensure repair quality meets standards. Prepare and submit invoices to insurance companies promptly. Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and provide regular updates to customers. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company from time to time. Job Requirements: Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in any field. Relevant working experience in the automotive industry is required, preferably in Body & Paint or insurance claims. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Possess a valid Class D driving license. Computer literate, including basic systems and Microsoft Office applications. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Employee B
