Responsibilities
- ● Management Trainee in the new world driven by AI. The role involves applying acquired knowledge with available CodlessAI Software Application Design Studio into a full fledged application. The training involves researching the process, use various AI tools to build AI Enabled Software application that automates the process under consideration between 60-80% and work on partnering with providers for the remaining services for effective end-to-end solution for the area under consideration. Below are the areas:
- ● Legal - Document Management, Drafting, Contracting, Digital Signature, Activity / Case list tracking
- ● Software Product Development for the above related Processes
- ● BA/LLB or equivalent business experience is a plus.
- ● Fair understanding Corporate/Contracting & IP Laws with the ability to translate concepts into business value.
- ● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- ● Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- ● Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.

- ● Additional Information: (below terms are non negotiable)
- ● months' training @ 7500/-pm Stipend
- ● /-pm and above upon confirmation and based on performance, plus additional quarterly performance bonus.
- ● Months interim review for exceptional performers and early confirmation
- ● Work Location: Work from Office at Thane Location Mon-Fri 9am-7pm
- ● Only Mumbai/Thane candidates will be preferred
- ● % sweat equity upon successfully establishing the business model for the Legal Software Product
- ● Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
- ● Pay: 200,000.00 per year
