About the Company

Registered Therapist / Social Worker Promedicare Wellness Clinic is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Social Worker or Registered Psychotherapist to join our growing multidisciplinary mental health team. We are looking for a clinician who is professional, dependable, and comfortable providing evidence-based psychotherapy to adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns. Position Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy and counselling to adult clients. Conduct clinical interviews and identify appropriate treatment goals. Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs. Provide evidence-based interventions, which may include CBT, ACT, DBT-informed, trauma-informed, mindfulness-based, and supportive approaches. Support clients experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment difficulties, stress, relationship concerns, and emotional regulation difficulties. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and progress notes. Complete treatment reports or correspondence when clinically appropriate. Collaborate with psychologists, psychotherapists, rehabilitation professionals, physicians, and other members of the client's treatment team when required. Maintain professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and clinic policies.

Requirements

  • ● Master's degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, Psychotherapy, or a related mental health field.
  • ● Registered and in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) or the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
  • ● Professional liability insurance.
  • ● Strong clinical documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • ● Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
