Retail Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• ● Customer Engagement & Sales
• ● Welcome customers warmly and build genuine rapport to understand their needs.
• ● Provide personalised styling advice and guide customers through the product selection process.
• ● Share in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and brand heritage to enhance the shopping experience.
• ● Proactively work towards achieving individual and store sales targets.
• ● Store Presentation & Merchandising
• ● Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
• ● Ensure all merchandise is presented in the correct sizes, colours, and quantities on the shop floor.
• ● Keep the store, fitting rooms, and display areas clean, tidy, and inviting at all times.
• ● Operations & Stock Management
• ● Assist in receiving, processing, and replenishing stock, including inter-store transfers.
• ● Participate in regular stock counts and support inventory control measures.
• ● Follow all store operating procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• ● Teamwork & Brand Representation
• ● Support the Store Manager in daily operations and promotional activities.
• ● Collaborate with team members to create a positive, efficient, and sales-focused work environment.
• ● Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting the company's values and image in every customer interaction.
• ● Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
