Job Summary Join Beehive Fulfillment as a Warehouse Operations Executive to support e-commerce warehousing and logistics through efficient inventory handling, order fulfillment, and coordination with delivery partners.
Responsibilities
- ● Operate the Warehouse Management System on computer and handheld device (training will be provided)
- ● Receive incoming shipments, check quantity and condition of items received
- ● Label products where required and put away at designated locations of the warehouse
- ● Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- ● Coordinate with couriers and external delivery service providers to facilitate smooth dispatch or receipt of parcels /shipments
- ● Manage online shops as required
- ● Office administrative duties
- ● Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- ● Preferred competencies and qualifications
- ● Prior work experience in e-commerce warehouse or logistics industry is an advantage
- ● Proficient use of MS Office applications to support operational tasks
- ● Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as a team player
- ● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while taking ownership of assigned tasks
