About the Company

We have put 20+ trainers into 20+ clubs across Melbourne and Sydney. No rent, no lone wolf hustle. Our team owns the sales, marketing, admin and leads while you own the coaching, which means steadier hours and a better client base.

Responsibilities

  • ● You will coach clients in strength focused training for everyday people
  • ● You will work with your mentor to turn trial clients into ongoing members
  • ● You will participate in fortnightly team workshops to improve your programming, sales and coaching skills

Requirements

  • ● You must have a Cert III and IV in Fitness, or be finishing soon
  • ● You must be ready to build something that lasts
  • ● You must have First Aid, CPR and WWCC ready
  • ● You must have a Certificate III+IV In Fitness or Equivalent
  • ● You must have work authorisation in Australia
