About the Company

Responsibilities

• ● Welcome patients and provide friendly, professional assistance.
• ● Manage patient appointments, enquiries, phone calls, and WhatsApp messages.
• ● Register patients and maintain accurate patient records.
• ● Assist dentists during examinations, treatments, and dental procedures.
• ● Prepare treatment rooms before each procedure.
• ● Prepare, clean, disinfect, and sterilise dental instruments and equipment.
• ● Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organised, and properly stocked.
• ● Follow infection-control, hygiene, and clinic safety procedures.
• ● Assist with stock monitoring and organisation of dental supplies.
• ● Handle basic front-desk and administrative duties when required.
• ● Coordinate with dentists and other team members to ensure smooth daily clinic operations.
• ● Carry out other clinic-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• ● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• ● Friendly, positive, responsible, and willing to learn.
• ● Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• ● Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• ● Comfortable communicating with patients of different ages and backgrounds.
• ● Newcomers are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
• ● Previous experience as a Dental Surgery Assistant (DSA) is an advantage.
