About the Role

We are looking for a Sales & Customer Service Coordinator to work closely with the General Manager and assist with the day-to-day operations of the business. This is a varied, hands-on role combining customer service, sales support, showroom assistance, logistics coordination and general administration. The position will be split between our showroom, office, warehouse and customer locations throughout Dubai. No two days will necessarily be the same, so we are looking for someone who is flexible, proactive and happy to get involved in different aspects of the business.

Responsibilities

  • ● Assist the General Manager with daily operational and administrative tasks.
  • ● Manage customer enquiries and communication, primarily through WhatsApp, telephone and occasional emails.
  • ● Support customers with product enquiries, sample requests and general sales assistance.
  • ● Prepare, organise, collect and deliver tile and mosaic samples to customer homes, project sites, designers and contractors.
  • ● Coordinate with our warehouse team regarding stock, sample preparation, collections and deliveries.
  • ● Assist with showroom organisation, product displays, sample boards and catalogues.
  • ● Coordinate customer orders and deliveries, ensuring smooth communication between customers, suppliers and the warehouse.
  • ● Maintain professional relationships with customers, interior designers, contractors and other industry professionals.
  • ● Support the General Manager with additional business requirements as needed.

Requirements

  • ● Valid UAE driving licence is essential.
  • ● Confident and comfortable driving throughout Dubai.
  • ● Good spoken and written English.
  • ● Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • ● Well-organised, reliable and punctual.
  • ● Comfortable using WhatsApp, email and basic computer applications.
  • ● Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • ● Professional appearance and friendly personality.
  • ● Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • ● Flexible, hands-on approach to daily responsibilities.

  • ● Previous experience in sales, customer service, logistics, building materials or the interior design industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
