What You Will Do (Key Roles): Performance Marketing: Set up, optimize, and scale high-ROI paid campaigns across Meta Ads (FB & Insta) and Google Ads. Strategy & Funnels: Brainstorm and execute monthly marketing calendars, content strategies, and growth funnels for diverse niches (Real Estate, Retail, D2C, etc.). Team Leadership: Lead and mentor our internal creative team (Graphic Designers, Content Writers, Interns) to ensure flawless and timely execution. Data & Analytics: Track daily metrics using Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite, generating insightful reports to optimize client results. Client Management: Act as the strategic bridge between clients and the execution team, managing onboarding and milestone reviews.
