Company: The One Branding Location: Anand, Gujarat (Full-Time In-Office) Department: Sales & Business Development Reports To: Founder & CEO Role Overview The One Branding is looking for a proactive, target-driven Sales Executive / Business Development Executive with proven experience selling Digital Marketing, Branding, and Tech Solutions (custom web development, mobile apps, e-commerce, and software solutions). In this role, you will be responsible for outbound prospecting, handling inbound inquiries, pitching service packages to business owners, and closing deals to drive agency revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential B2B clients, MSMEs, local enterprises, and tech startups across domestic and regional markets. Client Pitching & Product Presentation: Conduct discovery calls and in-person/virtual meetings to identify client requirements and pitch tailored digital marketing, branding, or tech solutions (websites, web applications, performance ads). Proposal & Deal Closing: Prepare competitive service proposals, negotiate scopes of work and pricing, address commercial objections, and close contracts. Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain daily logs of calls, meetings, follow-ups, and deal statuses in the agency CRM; ensure zero drop-off on warm inbound leads.
