About the Company

Job Description We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee all operations of our warehouse facility. The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, overseeing warehouse operation and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a thorough understanding of warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

  • ● Warehouse Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products.
  • ● Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accurate inventory records.
  • ● Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in warehouse processes and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • ● Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
  • ● Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment.
  • ● Reporting: Prepare and present reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational metrics to senior management.
  • ● Budget Management: Manage the warehouse budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and efficient resource allocation.
  • ● Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to coordinate inventory and delivery schedules.

Requirements

  • ● Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • ● Proven experience as a Warehouse Executive or in a similar leadership role within warehouse operations.
  • ● Knowledge in warehouse management systems and inventory control practices.
  • ● Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • ● Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
