Responsibilities

  • ● In this role, you will be responsible for Global Marketing Operation process simplification, automation and cross team metric reporting leveraging AI tools

Requirements

  • ● You are a results-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills. You possess attention to detail and well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills. You have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and are comfortable with ambiguity.
  • ● Understand overall process end to end and provide suggestions on automation and simplification
  • ● Identify and implement improvements to business processes
  • ● Assume full ownership on ad hoc projects, reports and analyses as required
  • ● Refresh, debug and update scheduled operational metric report through PowerBi and Macro
  • ● Advanced knowledge and usage of AI tools to drive efficiency and automation
  • ● PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
  • ● Advanced knowledge of MS office tools , PowerBI, PowerQuery, Macro
  • ● SAP S4 experience preferred
  • ● High attention to details, meticulous with sharp analytical skills
  • ● Assertive, creative and self-motivated with good interpersonal skills.
  • ● Able to work independently as well as a dynamic team player under a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • ● Flexible, highly adaptable & responsive to changes
  • ● Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • ● ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
  • ● Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or data analytical.
  • ● MBA or CPA preferred
  • ● Cyberjaya, Selangor
