We are committed to providing customers with quality products at affordable prices while delivering an exceptional shopping experience. https://gateuae.com/ Position Overview We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales cum Merchandiser to join our team at our Ajman outlet. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in fashion, garments, or clothing merchandising, with a strong understanding of product presentation, customer engagement, and retail sales.

Responsibilities

  • ● Assist customers in selecting products and provide excellent customer service. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.
  • ● Ensure attractive visual merchandising and product displays in accordance with company standards.
  • ● Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment of merchandise.
  • ● Arrange, organize, and maintain clothing and fashion displays to maximize sales. Ensure products are properly tagged, priced, and displayed.
  • ● Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the assigned section.
  • ● Track fast-moving and slow-moving items and provide feedback to management.
  • ● Assist in stock receiving, inventory checks, and stock transfers when required.
  • ● Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
  • ● Stay updated on fashion trends, product knowledge, and promotional activities.
  • ● Male candidates only.
  • ● Minimum 1-3 years of experience in retail sales and merchandising.
  • ● Prior experience in fashion, apparel, garments, or clothing retail is mandatory.
  • ● Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • ● Good understanding of visual merchandising principles.
  • ● Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Basic English communication skills required; additional languages will be an advantage.
  • ● Currently available in the UAE and ready to join immediately preferred.
