About the Role

Houseit is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to connect with potential customers, explain our products and services, generate leads, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude toward sales and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • ● Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on existing leads.
  • ● Explain company products, services, offers, and business opportunities.
  • ● Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • ● Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
  • ● Maintain records of calls, customer details, follow-ups, and sales activities.
  • ● Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
  • ● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
  • ● Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates.
  • ● Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during every interaction.
  • ● Required Skills & Qualifications
  • ● Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati; basic English is an advantage.
  • ● Confidence in speaking with new people over the phone.
  • ● Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.
  • ● Good listening, convincing, and negotiation skills.
  • ● A positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
  • ● Prior telecalling or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
