Responsibilities

  • ● Provide first-line support for procurement enquiries and shared mailboxes.
  • ● Manage vendor onboarding, due diligence, maintenance and offboarding.
  • ● Maintain vendor records and support SAP and Ariba administration.
  • ● Prepare compliance, performance and regulatory reporting.
  • ● Administer procurement documents, records and controlled templates.
  • ● Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.

Requirements

  • ● Knowledge of SAP MM, FI, vendor master data and procurement systems.
  • ● Strong planning, organisation and time management skills.
  • ● High attention to detail with strong problem-solving capability.
  • ● Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship-building skills.
  • ● Proficient in Microsoft 365; SAP Ariba experience highly regarded.
