Responsibilities

  • ● Establish sales budget/target for month or year as determined by the management and ensure timely and accurate submission of sales collection/Cashiering report
  • ● Work with marketing and management team to establish and implement various promotional campaigns in supporting the achievement of sales budget
  • ● Constantly manage and monitor budget and expenditure of the outlet
  • ● Monitor cashiering functions to ensure accurate recording of daily sales collection
  • ● Compile and monitor sales achievement report for submission to the management
  • ● Provide training and guidance to subordinates on service standards and menu knowledge
  • ● Prepare duty roaster and schedule in line with operational needs
  • ● Manage disciplinary and discrepancies of employees and conduct regular briefing/meeting with subordinates
  • ● Coordinate sourcing of full/part-time employees according to operational needs
  • ● Drive operational excellence and manage operating cost to achieve targeted P&L
  • ● Inspect outlet cleanliness/hygiene standards and ensure subordinates comply to the standards set by management
  • ● Liaise with all related functional departments and external parties on matters pertaining to company's quality system and values including HACCP
  • ● Manage resource efficiency to meet targeted customer delivery, engagement and satisfaction rate
  • ● Develop cost-effective operational plans to achieve optimal results
  • ● Ensure all restaurant adhere to compliance requirements in all areas of standard operational activity, company policies and fire safety and security procedures
  • ● Effectively manage performance and development of restaurant managers to drive and maximize sales performance throughout the company

Requirements

  • ● Possess at least a Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management qualification or equivalent
  • ● Have at least 4 years of working experience in the same capacity
  • ● Be proficient in both spoken and written English
  • ● Have ability to communicate in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)
