About the Company
Contract Period: 1 September 2026 - 31 December 2026, with option to extend from 1 January-31 December 2027 Deployment: Working Days: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 7:15 AM-2:15 PM, including 30-minute lunch break Important: This is a school-term position. Service is generally not required during the March, June, September and year-end school holidays . Job Responsibilities Support the school in student management and disciplinary matters. Conduct fact-finding interviews with students involved in incidents. Obtain and organize statements from students and witnesses. Review CCTV footage and assist in establishing incident timelines. Maintain proper documentation and evidence relating to student incidents. Prepare clear incident summaries and reports. Patrol and supervise identified areas during recess, transition and dismissal periods. Engage students proactively and identify behavioural concerns. Conduct regular check-ins with students requiring behavioural support. Guide students through reflection, behaviour contracts and action plans. Support conflict resolution and restorative conversations. Supervise students serving school-based consequences. Communicate appropriately with parents regarding student-management matters. Assist with student behaviour and preventive programmes. Work closely with teachers, Year Heads, HODs and School Leaders.
Requirements
- ● Minimum GCE O-Level certification .
- ● Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in at least one of the following: Student management / school discipline Case management Investigation / fact-finding Conflict resolution / Youth or behavioral support Social services/ Law enforcement / auxiliary police / investigation
- ● Mature and able to manage difficult situations calmly.
- ● Good observation, communication and report-writing skills.
- ● Able to maintain confidentiality when handling student matters.

- ● Candidates possessing any of the following will have an advantage:
- ● Previous MOE/school student-management experience
- ● Former SPF / Auxiliary Police / Investigation experience
- ● Conflict Management / Conflict Resolution certification
- ● Counselling / Youth Work / Student Development training
- ● Restorative Practice training
- ● First Aid / CPR + AED certification
