About the Role
As the Educational Leader, you will play a key role in mentoring educators, supporting curriculum development, and fostering a positive, collaborative learning environment. You will work closely with the service leadership team to ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and continuous improvement across the service.

- ● You're an experienced Leader with a heart for high-quality care and inclusive leadership
- ● Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating engaging learning environments
- ● You design thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners
- ● Nurtures curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness in every child
- ● Inspires inquisitive young minds through meaningful interactions and intentional teaching
- ● Lays a strong foundation for a lifelong love of learning
- ● A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
- ● A current Working with Children Check
- ● Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
- ● Australian Working Rights
- ● A professional and friendly personal presentation
- ● Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community
