The F&A Manager will support JAPAC finance and administration activities, including close support, financial controls, cash-flow forecasting, statutory and audit support, and accurate financial reporting. This role will report to the Senior Manager of JAPAC Finance. Roles & Responsibilities: Support the Senior Manager of JAPAC Finance as a key point of contact

Requirements

  • ● Pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry experience
  • ● Knowledge and understanding of financial close, accruals, journal entries, cash-flow forecasting, reconciliations, financial controls, audit support, and local statutory requirements
  • ● Strong analytical skills; ability to manage priorities, solve problems, and deliver high-quality work independently
  • ● High digital fluency, including familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms (RPA), and large data concept
  • ● Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate data into clear strategic insights.
  • ● Strong project and change management skills in cross-functional, matrixed environments
  • ● Strong attention to detail & ability to operate with a sense of urgency
  • ● Good To Have Skills:
  • ● Big 4, Fortune 500, or multinational finance and accounting experience
  • ● Initiative-taker with excellent analytical and presentation skills
  • ● Solid overall knowledge of financial systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau)
  • ● Solid understanding of US GAAP, local GAAP, statutory reporting, internal controls, and financial close processes
  • ● Proven ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and a collaborative team environment
  • ● Soft Skills:
