About the Role

We are looking for a strong administrator who is great with people and ready to learn. Are you organised, adaptable and confident working with people, numbers and competing priorities PlanCare is looking for the right person-not necessarily someone who ticks every box. If you bring a positive attitude, strong administration and customer service skills, and a willingness to learn, we're prepared to provide training and support. Experience in finance administration, accounts payable, a call centre / customer service centric environment or the NDIS would be highly regarded, but it's your reliability, flexibility and commitment that will set you apart. About the opportunity This is a hands-on operational role supporting NDIS participants to manage their plan funding with confidence. You'll process invoices, claim funds from the NDIS, monitor participant budgets and provide clear, responsive support to participants, families and service providers. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute ideas, improve how we work and help shape PlanCare as we continue to grow. The position is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract. While ongoing employment cannot be guaranteed, further opportunities may become available for the right person, subject to performance, business needs and PlanCare's anticipated growth.
