About the Company
Job Title Overseas Project Management Engineer Location Malaysia Australia / APAC (On-site / Travel Required) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Overseas Project Management Engineer to lead and support the delivery and implementation of international projects. You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, customer satisfaction, cross-cultural team coordination, and technical implementation of enterprise IT infrastructure solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, project governance, communication, and global collaboration capabilities.
Responsibilities
- ● Manage end-to-end overseas service delivery to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
- ● Lead technical implementation of overseas projects, including coordination, configuration, integration, and testing.
- ● Coordinate multinational and cross-functional teams to align on milestones, deliverables, and quality requirements.
- ● Monitor project progress, track risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans to ensure smooth delivery.
- ● Understand customer business and technical requirements, provide professional technical support and solutions, and prepare and maintain project documentation in English.
- ● Design and configure enterprise network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and related network components.
- ● Liaise, communicate, and manage overseas vendors and partners to ensure reliable service implementation and delivery.
- ● Maintain high customer satisfaction and drive successful project handover and operational readiness.
Requirements
- ● Language: Fluent in English (spoken & written); Mandarin speaking needed Technical Skills:
- ● Strong expertise in enterprise networking technologies.
- ● CCNP or higher-level certification required; CCIE is highly preferred.
- ● Familiar with server and storage infrastructure.
- ● Hands-on experience with network technologies including Meraki, Fortinet, or similar enterprise network solutions.
- ● Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
- ● At least 3 years of network implementation experience.
- ● International project delivery or overseas working experience is highly preferred.
- ● Ability to work effectively in cross-cultural environments with strong teamwork and collaboration mindset.
- ● Willing and able to travel and support flexible working hours to align with global time zones.
- ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- ● Strong problem-solving ability with customer-oriented mindset and proactive attitude.
- ● Own delivery outcomes, detail-oriented, and committed to quality.
- ● Ability to adapt quickly to changes, manage priorities, and perform reliably under pressure.
- ● Strong accountability, follow-through on commitments, and ability to resolve conflicts constructively.
- ● Team player with willingness to support colleagues to achieve team goals.
