• ● Respond to patient inquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
• ● Convert leads and inquiries into clinic visits.
• ● Follow up on missed appointments and cancellations.
• ● Provide accurate information about clinic services and promotions.
• ● Maintain daily call records and appointment reports.
• ● Achieve daily and monthly patient booking targets.
• ● Coordinate with reception and medical staff.
• ● Previous call center experience, preferably in a medical center or clinic.
• ● Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• ● Strong customer service and sales skills.
• ● Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• ● Good computer and communication skills.
• ● Immediate joiners preferred.
