Senior Learning & Development Manager

Responsibilities

  • ● Identify, source, and curate learning programmes to strengthen core communications and capability development
  • ● Evaluate and package training modules from external providers, and maintain a structured learning repository mapped to defined competencies and proficiency levels
  • ● Plan and deliver communications focused webinars and learning sessions, including coordination with industry practitioners and subject matter experts
  • ● Coordinate an annual learning calendar and support quarterly planning cycles
  • ● Design and implement internal engagement initiatives to promote learning offerings and encourage participation
  • ● Build and manage partnerships with training institutions and industry professionals
  • ● Provide project management and coordination support for digital and in person learning initiatives
  • ● Support the planning, execution, and administration of ongoing learning activities

Requirements

  • ● -7 years of relevant experience in learning and development, capability development, or a related field
  • ● Proven experience in sourcing and curating training programmes
  • ● Strong project management, coordination, and organisational skills
  • ● Ability to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders
  • ● Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
