As an Assistant Transport Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth port and logistics operations by coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced operational environment and hands-on problem solving.<br><br>Job Description<br><br>Coordinate port operations (include stevedore, stuffing/unstuffing, forklift, internal railing etc).<br><br>Prepare and provide quotations to customers in a timely manner<br><br>Respond to customers’ enquiries and emails professionally<br><br>Prepare and process billings and operational documentation<br><br>Ensure all port and shipment-related documents are accurate, complete, and properly maintained<br><br>Sort, file, and maintain operational records in accordance with company requirements<br><br>Liaise closely with internal departments to ensure smooth shipment execution<br><br>Coordinate with customers on delivery and collection arrangements<br><br>Handle customer feedback and complaints, as well as drivers’ and operators’ operational feedback<br><br>Assist in resolving operational issues and complaints through effective problem-solving<br><br>Ensure all operational records are updated accurately and promptly<br><br>Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager<br><br>Requirements<br><br>At least<br><br>GCE “O” Level<br><br>or Diploma in Logistic & Supply Chain<br><br>Relevant experience or interest in<br><br>Logistics, Supply Chain, Port or Transportation operations<br><br>is preferred<br><br>Non-Executive level candidates specializing in Logistics / Supply Chain or Maritime studies are welcome<br><br>Good communication and interpersonal skills<br><br>Responsible, diligent, and detail-oriented<br><br>Comfortable working at<br><br>Jurong Port<br><br>and in an operational environment<br><br>Why Join us?<br><br>Flexi Work From Home Arrangement<br><br>Good medical benefits / Health Insurance<br><br>5 days work week with friendly environment<br><br>Good Company Bonus, Profit Sharing Bonus & Personal Performance Bonus<br><br>Transport Allowance provided / Free Parking<br><br>Parental leave<br><br>Strong Career Development<br><br>Interested candidate can email to [email protected]<br><br>Welcome to Infiniti Marine Pte Ltd<br><br>We are a tug and barge operator specializing in Singapore-Batam liner services, project cargo, and vessel chartering.
