Telecaller / Patient Coordinator

Responsibilities

• ● Yoyime Clinic is a dental and aesthetic clinic offering treatments such as general and cosmetic dentistry, teeth whitening, braces and aligners, skin care, Botox, fillers, and laser treatments. We're looking for a friendly, confident telecaller to be the first voice our patients hear and to help them book the right treatment.
• ● Answer all incoming calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries promptly and professionally
• ● Explain our dental and aesthetic services clearly, including what each treatment involves, how long it takes, and the general price range
• ● Understand each caller's concern and guide them to the right service and doctor
• ● Book, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments in the clinic system
• ● Call back leads from social media ads, website forms, and missed calls
• ● Send appointment reminders and follow up with patients after treatment
• ● Keep accurate records of calls, inquiries, and bookings
• ● Coordinate with doctors and front desk staff to manage the daily schedule
• ● -3 years of experience as a telecaller, call center agent, or patient coordinator in a dental, aesthetic, or dermatology clinic
• ● Good knowledge of common dental and aesthetic treatments
• ● Fluent spoken English; Arabic, Hindi, or other languages are a plus
• ● Clear, polite, and persuasive phone manner
• ● Basic computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp Business)
