FACTORY & MAINTENANCE MANAGER

REQUIREMENTS Diploma/Degree in M&E Engineering or related field. 5-8 years of relevant experience in factory, plant, M&E, engineering, or maintenance operations. Experience managing factory machinery, electrical systems, mechanical equipment, and building facilities. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience supervising technicians, contractors and maintenance vendors. Able to plan preventive maintenance and respond effectively to breakdowns. Good understanding of workplace safety and relevant statutory requirements. Good communication, leadership and coordination skills. Able to work independently and be hands-on when required. Experience in an M&E / engineering/construction SME environment will be an advantage. Chargeman competency/certification will be an added advantage, depending on your factory electrical requirements.
