Responsibilities

• ● Support the Venue Leader in the day to day running of one of Yo-Chi's venues.
• ● Help drive sales, labour and COGS performance through efficient venue operations.
• ● Lead every shift with energy, creating an exceptional experience for both guests and your team.
• ● Coach, train and develop team members to build confidence, capability and future leaders.
• ● Ensure Yo-Chi's product, service and cleanliness standards are consistently delivered.
• ● Oversee key operational tasks including stock management, ordering, cash handling, rostering and administrative duties.
• ● Maintain the highest food safety, workplace health and safety and compliance standards.
• ● Keep the venue running smoothly during busy services, solving problems and leading from the front.
• ● Foster a positive, high-performing culture where accountability, teamwork and great energy thrive.

Requirements

• ● You have 2+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or retail.
• ● You're a natural people person who enjoys building strong teams.
• ● You lead with positivity, accountability and a hands-on approach.
• ● You stay calm under pressure and know how to keep a team motivated during busy services.
• ● You're available to work a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends.
