Responsibilities

• ● Inventory Management:
• ● Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
• ● Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records in the system in Excel sheet.
• ● Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
• ● Storage & Organization:
• ● Ensure proper labeling and safe storage of materials.
• ● Organize stock in a systematic manner for easy retrieval.
• ● Issuance & Dispatch:
• ● Issue materials to engineering or other departments as per requisitions.
• ● Prepare and pack items for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• ● Documentation & Reporting:
• ● Maintain records of receipts, issues, and stock balances.
• ● Generate inventory reports for management review.
• ● Compliance & Safety:
• ● Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and housekeeping standards.
• ● Ensure proper handling of hazardous or sensitive materials.
