About the Role

Responsibilities

• ● Windows Server, virtualization, backup systems, endpoint infrastructure, and datacenter services.
• ● You will play an important role in driving infrastructure modernization, security improvements, automation initiatives, and cloud adoption across the organization.
• ● Infrastructure & Cloud Operations
• ● Manage and maintain Microsoft Azure services and hybrid cloud infrastructure.
• ● Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
• ● Maintain Windows Server environments across global locations.
• ● Manage virtualization platforms including VMware vSphere and Azure Local / Azure Stack HCI.
• ● Support datacenter, co-location, and cloud platforms to ensure high availability.
• ● Monitoring & Incident Management
• ● Perform proactive monitoring of global infrastructure services.
• ● Investigate and resolve infrastructure incidents and recurring problems.
• ● Act as Level 3 support for server, cloud, storage, backup, and infrastructure-related issues.
• ● Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• ● Backup & Disaster Recovery
• ● Manage Veeam Backup & Replication infrastructure.
• ● Monitor backup success rates, perform restore testing, and recovery validation.
• ● Support cloud backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• ● Ensure backup and retention policies comply with business and regulatory requirements.
• ● Identity & Security Management
• ● Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Group Policies.

Requirements

• ● Hands-on experience with Virtualization such as VMware and Hyper-V
• ● Strong understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Print Servers, and identity services.
• ● Good understanding of enterprise networking including LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi.
• ● Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
