Responsibilities
- ● Being backup for vendor planner assistant.
- ● Raise workflow for customer approval.
- ● Preparing and update quote in SAP.
- ● Update status in Fulfillment operations Advisor.
- ● Perform vendor set up in SAP system.
- ● Run SAP to check late reservation.
- ● Assist planner/ buyer in administrative and extract report in SAP.
- ● Liaise with SAP Team for technical system error during quote update process.
- ● Assess volume requirements against planning assumptions.
- ● Implement all processes to agreed standards and targets and support continuous improvement initiatives and identify areas of improvement.
- ● Understand and manage risks to minimize impact on production schedule.
- ● Support inventory checks to validate inventory accuracy.
- ● Minimize obsolete stock and ensure business is left with minimum liability.
- ● Create regular statistical reports and analysis and update others in the organization.
- ● Be responsible for other activities in material planning and coordination.
Requirements
- ● Must have experience in handling SAP & WMS software.
