Job Summary Provide service and assistance to customers to ensure a pleasant and memorable visit to the Singapore Flyer while accurately processing sales using the cashiering system.
Responsibilities
- ● Deliver professional customer service to promote and sell products effectively
- ● Assist customers in identifying and selecting suitable products based on their needs
- ● Apply detailed product knowledge to inform customers and enhance their shopping experience
- ● Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, point of sale presentation, and cleanliness
- ● Ensure displays and shelves are neat, well-stocked, and visually appealing
- ● Conduct monthly inventory checks to verify stock levels and accuracy
- ● Operate cashiering system accurately to process customer transactions
- ● Collaborate with team members to complete assigned duties and support store operations
- ● Preferred competencies and qualifications
- ● Completion of "N" Level or higher education
- ● At least 2 years of retail experience including cashiering duties
- ● Ability to work independently with confidence and a positive attitude
- ● Presentable, energetic, and approachable demeanor
