Senior Change Analyst

This role plays a key part in supporting the bureau's Strategy 2022-2027, providing change management support and expert guidance to executive sponsors, program and project managers, as well as other enabling roles such as business analysts and communications professionals. The successful candidate will support change leads to build and maintain strong relationships with key business areas and stakeholders to ensure that change impacts are understood, and activities address the needs of impacted stakeholders. They will also contribute to the development and implementation of effective strategies to enable the successful adoption and sustainment of new ways of working designed by project teams.
