Position: Sales Manager / Sales Executive - Solar EPC Location: Mumbai (Powai)

Responsibilities

  • ● Generate new business opportunities for Solar EPC projects.
  • ● Identify and acquire clients across Commercial, Industrial & Residential sectors.
  • ● Generate leads through direct sales, networking, references, cold calling & digital channels.
  • ● Conduct client meetings and understand project requirements.
  • ● Prepare commercial proposals, quotations & presentations.
  • ● Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Commercial & Project teams for techno-commercial proposals.
  • ● Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and close deals successfully.
  • ● Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
  • ● Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • ● Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets.
  • ● Maintain sales pipeline, MIS reports and business forecasts.
  • ● Follow up on payments and support collection activities.
  • ● Candidate Profile
  • ● 3-8 years of relevant sales experience.
  • ● Mandatory experience in Solar / Solar EPC Sales.
  • ● Experience in Rooftop Solar, Ground-Mounted Solar or Commercial & Industrial Solar projects will be an added advantage.
  • ● Strong knowledge of Solar EPC solutions, commercial processes and project sales.
  • ● Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
  • ● Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
