JOB DESCRIPTION<br><br>RESPONSIBILITIES:-<br><br>Call Centre Officer/Recovery Officer :<br><br>· Collect payments from delinquent customers.<br><br>· Call customers using all approved methods of communication.<br><br>· On overdue accounts and amount currently owed.<br><br>· Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment.<br><br>· Follow up frequently for payment commitments.<br><br>· Handle Banking & Telco clients<br><br>REQUIREMENTS:-<br><br>· SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.<br><br>· With or Without Experience, Training Is Provided.<br><br>· Good communication skills (BM & English).<br><br>· Self-discipline and Team player.<br><br>· Experience in credit recovery will be an added advantage<br><br>BENEFITS:-<br><br>· Monthly Commission !!!!!<br><br>· Monthly Incentives !!!!!<br><br>· Attendance Allowances<br><br>· EPF & Socso & EIS !!!!!<br><br>· Salary starting from RM2000 – RM3000 (based on experiences)<br><br>Walking distance from LRT SalakSelatan (50m).<br><br>Please whatsapp 0149388432 for inquiries.<br><br>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent<br><br>Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month<br><br>Work Location: In person
