About the Role
Join the Professional Services team to deliver Microsoft, cloud and infrastructure projects across customer environments. Move beyond reactive support while retaining a technical escalation role and building project ownership.
Responsibilities
- ● Deliver scoped infrastructure and cloud projects.
- ● Implement migrations, deployments, upgrades and technology changes.
- ● Plan tasks, manage timeframes and flag risks early.
- ● Communicate with customers and document project outcomes.
- ● Support technical escalations and share knowledge.
Requirements
- ● Broad Microsoft and infrastructure knowledge; Azure/M365 exposure.
- ● Level 3 troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.
- ● Hands-on migrations, deployments, upgrades or project delivery.
- ● Customer communication and clear technical documentation.
- ● Workload ownership; scope, risk and change awareness.
- ● People enjoy this team because technical quality, customer experience and accountability matter. You'll work alongside experienced engineers with support for knowledge sharing, mentoring and ongoing professional development.
