You became a trainer to get people results, not to run a one person marketing agency, this role allows you to just coach, with a diary that fills itself, weekly 1 on 1 mentoring, and no rent or business side responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • ● Coach clients and help them achieve results
  • ● Participate in weekly 1 on 1 mentoring to improve coaching skills and grow income
  • ● Work with clients to provide strength focused training for everyday people

Requirements

  • ● First Aid, CPR and Working With Children Check in place
  • ● Cert III and IV in Fitness, or close to finishing
  • ● Consistent and hungry for a real career
  • ● Coachable and able to take feedback without making excuses or getting defensive
  • ● Australia work authorization
