Responsibilities
- ● Ensure the Sales Line Assigned is serviced regularly and collection is done promptly
- ● Follow the routing in handheld and visit all customers as per schedule
- ● Follow the 7 Steps when conducting sales transactions
- ● Greet customers and scan barcodes
- ● Check stock and return
- ● Take orders
- ● Deliver stock
- ● Collect payments
- ● Perform merchandising tasks
- ● Thank customers and log out handheld
- ● Retain copies of Tax Invoices, Receipts, and Goods Return Notes for submission
- ● Ensure Goods Return Notes have customers' rubber stamps
- ● Attend to customer complaints and tele-orders within 24 hours
