Front of House Receptionist | Mercedes-Benz Brisbane | 12-month fixed-term<br><br>We are seeking a driven & hardworking can-do attitude Front of House Receptionist to join our team! – Our Front of House plays a critical role in ensuring our customers experience an overall luxury brand experience during their visit.<br><br>You will be supported by another Receptionist, while you meet and greet clients, manage a busy switchboard and perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to support other departments.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Efficiently handle incoming phone calls, directing inquiries as appropriate and ensuring excellent customer service at all times<br>Assisting and supporting customers in the dealership, ensuring they are attended to and have an exceptional experience,<br>Ensuring relevant areas are kept clean and tidy and presented to an impeccable standard<br>Working as part of a team to ensure coverage across the building<br>Ensure adherence to company policy and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.<br><br>About you:<br><br>Impeccable presentation<br>Experience in a dynamic & fast-paced customer service environment<br>Excellent customer service and the ability to handle a variety of questions<br>Strong organisational skills and willingness to follow processes and procedures<br>The ability to respond and prioritise competing and often urgent requests in a calm and efficient manner while also maintaining high work standards and accuracy<br>Ability and willingness to work autonomously and as part of a team<br>Available to work Saturdays with one rostered day off during the week<br><br>What is on offer?<br><br>Competitive remuneration<br>A 12-month fixed-term opportunity<br>Supportive and dynamic working environment<br>Comprehensive training and ongoing development<br>Sundays closed, supporting a better work-life balance<br><br>About LSH Auto Australia:<br>LSH Auto Australia is the leading authorised Mercedes-Benz retail group in Australia and the exclusive sole retailer for smart automobiles.
